On the verge of one of the UFC’s biggest ever fight week, its easy to miss out on some of the outstanding match-ups that take place over three days. The Ultimate Fighter Finale will be headlined with by the two coaches – current champ Joanna Jedrzejczyk and #1 contender Claudia Gadelha.

This will be one of Joanna’s toughest tests to date as she has dominated the women’s straw-weight division. Joanna is known for her ruthless Muay Thai style and is also capable of getting inside her opponents head.

“The psychological game is part of Joanna’s thing,” Gadelha muses. “She’s not only a striker, but she’s also someone who tries to get in her opponent’s head and she did that pretty well with pretty much all of her opponents. But not me. I’ve been through a lot of things in my life to be here today and it’s not a goal that came up from nowhere. It’s not her that will get in my mind now. I’m very strong in my mind. Very strong. I’m ready for anything.” –  source: http://fightland.vice.com

The rivalry between these two goes back to their first fight in 2014, where Joanna won by split decision. This season of TUF seen Joanna pile on the pressure in an aggressive manner towards rival coach Claudia, looking back now she regrets as she came across as a bully. If ever there was a chance to dethrone Joanna, Claudia has the perfect opportunity to do so this Friday at the Ultimate fighter finale.
